(We recommend Fedex for high value shipments) We receive collections from across Canada, the United States and the world every day, and we offer the same high buy prices and professional service for all items sent to us.
The process is very easy. Send us your items securely packaged using a reliable shipping service with tracking. As soon as we receive your package, we will call or email you to acknowledge its safe arrival. Within 48 hours we will contact you with our highly competitive buy price offer. If it is acceptable, we will immediately send you a cheque for the value of your items together with our completed purchase order receipt. The vast majority of clients are pleased with our purchase offer and the purchase is completed. If for any reason our offer is not acceptable, we will promptly return the items to you. There is no risk or obligation.
By following these simple suggestions, shipping risks are minimal:
- Package your items very securely. For high value shipments, we recommend using a box or other packaging inside a second box, with both the outer and inner box addressed. This protects against the unlikely event of the outer box being torn or damaged in shipping.
- Address the package without advertising the value. We recommend not to put a declared value on the outside of the package, unless the package is coming from outside Canada and it is required for Customs.
